How to open an account?

Here's what you'll need:

At least one form of government-issued photo ID
Name, date of birth, SSN or TIN
Company formation documents
Company financial documents

Create your Arival profile

Enter the required information and click “Sign up”
Verify your email and phone number provided

Open a bank account

Click the “Continue” button in the bottom of a screen.

Select your plan

Choose the plan, that suits your needs. You can learn more about the plan differences and benefits by this link. We adjust your plan automatically according to your account's actual average balance for the previous month.

Identity verification

You'll need to complete some steps to verify your identity via your computer or your phone.

Select your document-issuing country
Select document type and click “Continue”
Capture the main page of your passport so that the photo and details сan be seen clearly
Take the video selfie

Go through the application form

All clients are required to submit a bank account application. The application will consist of questions to help us understand your business better. Please check out our help center or contact our support team to learn more about what questions or documents we request.

Application verification

Verification typically takes around 7-21 business days. You will receive an update via email on every important event regarding your application.
