What types of ID documents do you accept?

Good question! We accept government-issued driver's licenses, identification cards, military IDs, passport cards, and visa documents.

At this time we only request one form of ID. You can submit a secondary form of identification to help streamline your onboarding process if you wish! It is not mandatory but we might request a second form of ID at a later time.

We are unable to accept partially obscured IDs, scanned copies, screenshots, or any documents without your picture and signature as accepted forms of identification.

📸 Helpful tips when submitting your ID:

• Your ID document must be government-issued and contain a photo of you.
  Images should be crisp and clear.
• All four corners of the ID document must be clearly visible in the image.
• The ID document must not be expired and must be valid at the time of application submission.
• The document must display your nationality, issue date, and expiry date to be considered valid.
