Can I customize permissions on user accounts?

Yes, the account owner can set up permissions for every teammate. We offer several ready-to-use roles that you can use as is or edit to your preference.

You can find more information on Roles and Teammates via this Link

How do I add a team member to the account?

Start by selecting a role for your team member. Then simply input their first name, last name, and email to send an invite. Invitations expire after a week so any unsanctioned invitations need to be resent after then.

How do I remove a user from the account?

You can do so by going to the Teammates section of your Dashboard, finding the user you wish to remove, clicking on the “...”, and selecting Block user.

How to set a transfer limit for a teammate?

If a teammate receives the error message "You have exceeded your daily transfer limit of 0 USD" while initiating a transaction, it means their transfer limit has not yet been set. The account owner or Superadmin can set the transfer limit for the teammate.

To set the transfer limit, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to "Teammates" on the Arival dashboard.
  2. Click on the "..." next to the teammate's name.
  3. Click on "Edit limits".
