How to setup Authenticator App

1️⃣ Download Google Authenticator App:
iOS DeviceAndroid Device2️⃣ Configure your Arival account
Navigate to Settings Gear icon on the top right, select Security on the left side, and then select Change 2FA Method
Select Authenticator
Open the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device and select Scan QR Code. Use this option to scan the unique QR code displayed on your computer screen. An authentication code will then appear in the app. Enter this code on your computer screen as shown below:
Tip: You can download your backup codes in case you lose access to your Authenticator app3️⃣ Log in to your Arival account
Once you sign into your Arival account, instead of relying on your SMS code, you'll now open Authenticator to input your unique 6 Digit code Now sit back, and enjoy your enhanced security and further peace of mind 😀 FAQ:

How to setup passkeys
Passkeys login allows you to use your physical attributes, such as fingerprints, to authenticate your identity. This feature is now available to all users, including those whose applications are still pending onboarding. Follow the steps below to enable this feature.
Steps to Enable Passkeys Login
Step 1: Access Settings
Click on the Gear icon from your Arival dashboard as shown below:
Step 2: Navigate to Security Settings
Click on Security, and then click on Create new key.Step 3: Choose Authentication Method

You will be prompted to either:
- Create with this device
- Use another device or physical key
Create with this deviceUse another device or physical key
Step 4: Create with This Device
If you select Create with this device:You will be able to use your computer's fingerprint feature or use the device PIN under More choices.Step 5: Use Another Device or Physical Key
If you select Use another device or physical key:You can scan the QR code on the next screen with your iPhone, iPad, or Android device and save the passkey on your mobile phone.Alternatively, you can select the physical Security key option under More choices as shown below:
