Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. “You” refers to the natural person using the Digital Platform as a client of Arival Bank International Corp or visitor of the Digital Platforms for personal purposes. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use our Digital Platforms. By downloading, registering with, or using our Digital Platforms, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy). Your continued use of our Digital Platforms after we revise this policy means you accept those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
Arival Electronic Communications & e-Signature Agreement
This E-Signature and Electronic Disclosures Agreement (“Disclosure”) applies to all communications related to Arival services available through the Arival’s (“Arival”) website https://ariv.al (the “Website”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refers to Arival. “User” and “you” refers to the business entity obtaining an Account. This Disclosure supplements and is to be construed in accordance with the terms contained in the User Services Agreement (“Agreement”) you received when you obtain the Arival Checking Account (the “Account”), as well as all document referenced therein.
