What is the difference between a Bank letter and an Account confirmation letter?

Account confirmation letter is usually required by exchanges and investment platforms. As Arival Bank uses multiple settlement account partners, the underlying account details used for transfer purposes may not necessarily bear the names of our customers. In such instances, an account confirmation letter might be helpful to evidence to third parties your ultimate ownership of the underlying checking account.

Our account confirmation letter has the following text:

“Arival Bank International Corp (Arival Bank) is licensed and regulated by the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions in Puerto Rico as an International Financial Entity (license #IFE-065).

Arival Bank uses our bank partner name as a clearing and settlement partner for the provision of USD checking accounts.

This letter confirms that your company name holds a business checking account in good standing at Arival Bank International Corp.

This account is maintained for the sole benefit of the legal entity, incoming funds are credited directly to your company name account (via subledgering) at Arival Bank using the following SWIFT Reference for your company name“.

The letter also contains the deposit instructions for your account.

Bank letter is a standard letter providing confirmation that your company holds an account in good standing at Arival bank. You can also customise the content of the letter by adding in the balance on the account and the opening date if required.
