Arival Terms Of Use

Please read this agreement carefully to ensure that you understand each provision. this agreement contains a mandatory individual arbitration provision that requires the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes.

Arival Privacy Policy

Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. “You” refers to the natural person using the Digital Platform as a client of Arival Bank International Corp or visitor of the Digital Platforms for personal purposes. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use our Digital Platforms. By downloading, registering with, or using our Digital Platforms, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time (see Changes to Our Privacy). Your continued use of our Digital Platforms after we revise this policy means you accept those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.

Arival Electronic Communications & e-Signature Agreement

This E-Signature and Electronic Disclosures Agreement (“Disclosure”) applies to all communications related to Arival services available through the Arival’s (“Arival”) website (the “Website”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refers to Arival. “User” and “you” refers to the business entity obtaining an Account. This Disclosure supplements and is to be construed in accordance with the terms contained in the User Services Agreement (“Agreement”) you received when you obtain the Arival Checking Account (the “Account”), as well as all document referenced therein.

Arival Accessibility Statement

Globally, we work to conform to level Double-A of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines will help make the web more user-friendly for all people. The WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. These guidelines have been recognized by the International Standards Organization as ISO 40500, and inform our compliance with and commitment to accessibility requirements around the world.
